My intention with the time we spend together is to cultivate a safe space for introspective conversations & transformational reconnections with exiled parts of you, allowing for new neural pathways to be built, which slowly reshapes your perspective of yourself and others (it's kind of like rehydrating dried play-doh, reforming it for a bit, then letting it dry again). The work we do aims to gently and safely guide you toward becoming your own guru which will allow you to navigate your life, trauma, and relationships with more love & compassion.
As we practice and learn more about breathwork & body awareness, we'll begin to reawaken or strengthen your mind/body connection and release trauma or tension. My goal is to show you how to do this in a way that gives you a deep understanding of your body's queues and signals, which will help you navigate your life with more flow and ease. Our body is basically a highly effective, natural pharmacy and, with a bit of consistent practice, you'll find that wholeness, clarity, and vitality are easily accessible/always with you. These tools are powerful vibrational medicine and will help you find joy and courage in your journey of processing, integrating, and strengthening your connection to your authentic Self.
